Greg Massey, P.E., P.L.S.Mr. Massey serves as Red Plains Professional’s Vice President of the Midwest Region. He is the leader of land development with the region. Mr. Massey has been involved in the civil engineering and surveying profession since 1981. He has contributed his expertise in engineering design and survey coordination to a variety of projects in the commercial, industrial, institutional, municipal, and residential sectors. He has developed a reputation for his knowledge and experience in areas such as; project administration, zoning, platting, site & utility layout, grading and drainage, erosion control, retaining wall design, public utility design and construction, cost estimating, and construction management.
