His expertise lies in the management of transportation and planning related projects including GIS Asset Management Solutions, Roadway Conditions Analysis, Traffic Modeling, Roadway Safety Audits/Plans, Transit & Land Use Planning, Maintenance Programming, Transportation Improvement Program Development, Environmental Assessments, and other planning related activities associated with the planning and maintenance of tribal transportation networks. His main focus has been project management and program coordination with Red Plains’ tribal clients nationwide. He is an expert in the Indian Reservation Road and Tribal Transportation Program market which spans both the Bureau of Indian Affairs and FHWA jurisdiction and maintains a technical understanding of the BIA and FHWA rules and regulations. |
