Jason CelesteAs our GIS Manager, Mr. Celeste oversees all aspects of our GIS projects including workflow scheduling of personnel on multiple projects and ensuring the presentation quality of our GIS deliverables meets RPP’s highest standards. Jason is highly skilled in ArcGIS and has over 16 years of experience in geospatial information technology. Jason’s technical experience includes geospatial database development and maintenance, map design and production, field data collection, network analysis, web mapping application development and spatial analysis. As a project manager, Jason has overseen data collection efforts at U.S. Air Force bases in Japan and South Korea, managed crews on roadway inventory and conditions assessment surveys, roadway safety audits and map production.
