Keegan Peters, P.E.During his 13 year career, Mr. Peters has undertaken multifaceted roadway and public utility projects throughout Oregon, Washington, Alaska, California, and Arizona developing his expertise in design procedures, coordination with project shareholders and construction operations. Keegan’s background includes performing topographical surveys, supervising construction crews/subcontractors, wetland monitoring/restoration and documenting construction operations. Keegan’s technical design experience includes, residential subdivision site design, hydrology and hydraulic reports, rural and urban road design, culvert design for fish passage project specifications, engineer’s construction cost estimates, survey data processing, legal descriptions, right-of-way research and maps.
