Project Description

This project consisted of topographic and boundary surveying as well as full civil engineering services for the 340-acre project. Red Plains Professional completed the conceptual site design and all civil engineering design of grading, drainage, paving, water distribution, and sanitary sewer collection. The development was built in sections with each phase completed as a whole project. Master planning of the site is maintained through each section. Red Plains provided the preliminary plat and subsequent final plats for each section.
