Project Description

This project for the Chickasaw Nation consisted of 5.0 miles of roadway reconstruction and surfacing on a county road.  The design involved changes to both the horizontal and vertical alignments with cut and fill sections as large as twenty feet.  With the extensive amount of cut and fill, the earthwork in this project amounted to over three hundred thousand cubic yards.  It was a coordinated effort between the Chickasaw Nation and the Bureau of Indian Affairs.  The project was reviewed and approved by the Chickasaw Nation and the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
