Chickasaw Community Bank, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Chickasaw Community Bank started with an idea. Governor Bill Anoatubby’s vision was a tribally owned bank that would meet the needs of tribal citizens and the greater community. Originally established in 2002 as Bank2, the bank underwent a rebranding process in 2020, adopting the name of Chickasaw Community Bank.

Red Plains had completed other projects in the past for the Chickasaw Nation, and we were excited to work with them again. We were asked to provide planning and design services for the 10-acre subdivision which would be the location for the new bank. First steps included developing a site plan with the Architect and the Owner and approval of a final plat through the City of Oklahoma City. Additional services included: topographic survey, site dimensional control plan, grading and drainage for the bank building, extension of a public street, public drainage public water main and public sanitary sewer plans.

The grand opening of the bank was held on April 28, 2023. The new building is an impressive 33,000 square feet featuring 79 offices, six conference rooms and a multipurpose area.
